The lady at the counter was soo cheerful that it made my day. Cheers to her and this should be the way the customer should be treated.

Dominos pizza is on the 3rd Floor of R D Mall.

It has a good seating space and what to tell about the taste you all know the taste of Dominos Pizza. It is very tasty. If you place your order you have to wait approx 15-20 mins which is only the bad part but once you get the pizza you’ll enjoy it so much that you’ll forget that you have waited for this long.

Best place for school students to hangout with their friends. Actually this outlet is near to school located. Friendly staff and clean ambiance. I went there with my son because Domino's is his favourite place. We ordered farmhouse pizza and garlic bread sticks. Very tasty 😋

Taste of the food was okay. Service was good. Staff's behavior was good. But the maintenance of the place is very poor. Washroom condition was pathetic. No sanitizers, no temperature checking. I had visited this place two three year ago. It was not like this.
It seems they only care for takeaways  and online orders. Those who chose to dine in will not get any available offer. I must say dominoes should change its thoughts and value offline customers also.

With time, Pizza , as a celebration food, is getting it's place cemented. From children to adults,pizza mania seems to have caught all. Domino's , as a leading pizza vendor, has been riding on it successfully.

This store is not exceptional. From the time, it's opened, you can find customers getting in either for take away or for having it there. It's not uncommon to see, children are sneaking through the glass sheet to witness , making process of their favourite food.

But, at the end of the day, it's a good with loads of calories. Hence, I feel, Domino's has a moral responsibility to mention 'calories' against all its varieties, so that customers can customise their preference.

The pizza I have tried here is really atrocious and it not up to the par. The pizza here is bit small and hard as compared to other dominos outlet. The service here is really awful.

Zero level of hygiene. Dirty floors, dirty washbasin, dirty smelly toilet.
The lady taking order cleaned tables, took out trash and didn't wash hands.
The place itself is creepy. It's situated on 3rd floor of mall and is the only shop over there. It's deserted and spooky.
I ordered via app when I was in the store. After ordering, I was told that Malai Chingri Pizza and Mutton Pizza are unavailable due to unavailablity of mutton and prawn at their end.  Shouldn't this be told before ordering?

This outlet uses unethical business tactic.

We ordered two pizzas and two chicken zingy parcel. While ordering I was asked if I wanted a fresh pan pizza or not but I opted for a 'classic hand tossed', but I was told 'hand tossed isn't available. How is hand tossed bread not available? It's the same flour dough you use, just instead of a pan crust shaping you do it manually and I'm sure the chef did not forget his hand at home that day.

However, I also enquired about how can hand tossed not be available and was looking for an answer but the employee who was taking the order couldn't answer anything, instead she just repeated herself that it was just not avaliable which just goes to show their total disregard for customer satisfaction. And it is the second time that I was told that hand tossed is not avaliable at this dominos outlet. So I am forced to say that this is a cheap tactic to charge customers more as any fresh pan pizza costs more than hand tossed.

Now coming to the pizzas - both the pizzas tasted fine but lacked cheeze. Compared to the cheese in pizza at other outlets it seemed quite less here. Secondly the zingy parcel was tough. Too tough and chewy as if the bread was some hard leather.

Even the tables weren't clean when we sat there, we had to ask for them to be cleaned. None of the employees there seemed bothered.

I have no good words for this outlet. Hope I don't experince the same the next time.

Many times I have ordered pizza from Domino's Rd mall, no doubts the taste and quality is good,I like it above all and I have recommended this place to many of my friends.But this time I'm disheartened to share my experience, I Placed an order today from Dominos RD mall, They accepted the order and online payment was alaso done.The delivery boy called me and asked to come and pick my order as my home my adress was non-serviceable,I told him I want to talk with his sir.He was rude very rude,no moral ethics and values he had, I asked him I couldn't come and pick the pizza because it's far from my home,you should have inform me before that you can't deliver to my location, he told ok we will cancel your order,I asked him to cancel, he told me that we don't take your order from Next time and if you order also we will cancel it.
How they will do work management.
The delivery guy was good he asked my location and deliver it.
All this time the pizza lost his taste..

The staff was unprofessional. Rather than agreeing on mutual terms, she preferred to cancel my order without any prior information. This order was for my relative and this incident made me feel ashamed in front of them. Truly a negative experience.

Worst Dominos store i came across ever in my whole life. The behaviour was so so rude like a normal person can not talk like. They took 1 hour 30 minutes to deliver my order and still they were showing attitude and doing rough behaviour with me.

Placed an order recently from Dominos RD Mall on delivery. The order took 60 mins to deliver to nearby point location as home delivery was non-serviceable in my area and placed order was little bulky. Never rely on GPS tracking of Dominos App. It never works. While delivering, one item went missing. I said him let me drove along with you to the store and collect my missing order. The delivery guy insisted me to wait for 10 mins at the same location to get the missing order. It took next 30 mins the missing order didn't arrive. In this span of 30 mins, I already took good number of calls with Dominos store and everytime reply from other side was reaching in 5-10 mins.

After complete 40 mins I received a call from a delivery person, he said that his vehicle is out of petrol and unable to reach the location. He has sent me the location where he was standing and I drove to that location to collect my missing order. So , Finally the Order was collected. By the time I reached home, my whole pizza order was soggy and smelly. The pizza had lost his complete taste.

So, you see after putting so much efforts from both ends the order delivery was succeeded but the result output left with no value. There was a complete loss of valuable time, money and hard efforts in this extreme hot weather. This is how it delivers orders and win customer dissatisfaction.

This is highly unexpected and disappointing. Since last couple of years I see in few locations Dominos has lost its colours of customer satisfaction.

I recommend others do not order on delivery from this location rather visit the store and enjoy your pizza.

My last 2 orders were cancelled as they called and said order will be delivered in more than 90mins.

If they can't cope up with the order in flow then why do they accept orders?

Even lady staff who attends call is also rude and abruptly hangs up calls and doesn't respond as well after picking up.

Don't order when you need it the most.
I had ordered two choco lavas at 9 pm on 1st which was showing is getting delayed so I waited till 11 30.
And all of a sudden it showed order delivered.

Next day evening I talked with help center and they are so insincere they said that the order got cancelled from our system etc and never contacted me . I have to do everything.

Finally their solution was the money will be refunded in 10 DAYS.

This is literally the worst experience I've ever had with a food chain EVER.

Worst service ever. Had ordered pizza at 8:30 pm after half an hour we ate connecting them they are just giving  one simple answer Will delivered to you shortly. But after more than an hour customer care is not responding properly and this outlet is not answering the calls. Its 11 pm still no response is there from there side.

Very ill behaved and ill mannered staff, saying your address is out of service area where they have delivered a dozen time before, when again i ordered through swiggy instead of informing swiggy, called me and saying why are you placing order when we have cancelled your previous order, when i said instead of calling me you inform swiggy about this as i have ordered through them, and to my surprise this illeterate person telling me if we get order from delhi will. We have to go and deliver there.

Nowadays, Domino's is not providing upto mark services
First of all, they don't deliver orders on time or if you want to dine in then there is no washroom or any water supply facility,  which is very important for us.
In addition with, I have ordered 1 regular size Achari Do Pyaaza , 1 Regular Size Keema da Pyaaza and 1 Cringe Fries after 15 mint they say fries are out of stock n after 5 mints the Keema is also out of stock like if this are out of stock and why the hell u received order
Lastly they Don't provide ketchup if you want then it's chargeable
